Breakfast Supervisor

THE ROLE

As Breakfast Supervisor you will assist with the smooth operational running of the breakfast service in order to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests. Your tasks as Breakfast Supervisor will include but will not be limited to:

• Alongside your Breakfast Manager, you will assist with the smooth operational running of the breakfast service.
• Have a good understanding of targets for your department and ensure the entire team are working hard to achieve the
• Run and participate in briefings and team meetings; sharing any insights you may have for the team.
• To provide a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Nobu standards to exceed guest expectations.
• To be aware of any VIP guests dining with us during your shift and ensure their experience is tailored appropriately
• To support, train, and develop any new members of the team and to make them feel welcome.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
