JKS Apprenticeship Academy - We're Hiring!

Salary - £20,000 per annum

Schedule - Full Time

Experience - No experience necessary - training is provided!

Our JKS Apprenticeship Academy is designed to develop, nurture and inspire the next generation of Hospitality talent. 

We will be offering our apprentices a chance to experience the industry at its most diverse, by immersing them in front of house or back of house within the brands across our restaurants and providing them the opportunity to learn core skills and progress their career.

We are delighted to be creating and developing this scheme with HIT Training, the market leading experts in training and apprenticeship providing for the UK's hospitality and catering industry

The Programmes: 

Front of House (FOH) Program – Level 2 Hospitality Team Member
Apprentices have the chance to experience all aspects of the restaurant floor, including food and beverage service and wines.

Back of House (BOH) Program – Level 2 Commis Chef
Apprentices will have the chance to experience, consider & value each section within the kitchen.

Apprentices on both programs will spend two months training at six venues across the business so they can discover where their passion truly lies, whether that be at fast-paced Taiwanese BAO or two Michelin-starred Kitchen Table.

Restaurants involved include Trishna, Gymkhana, Brigadiers, Hoppers, Sabor, Kitchen Table, Lyle’s, Berenjak, BiBi, The Cadogan Arms, The George, Speedboat Bar & BAO!

“Earn While You Learn”

The program is made up of a mix of on & off the job training! 

Every 12 weeks, the apprentices will meet with their training manager, who will guide them through the whole apprenticeship and end of point assessment.

We'll be running dine outs & supplier trips for both FOH & BOH, giving an opportunity for all apprentices to dine, taste and experience a variety of brands across the group! 

Candidates who complete their apprenticeship with us will have the opportunity to join us in a full-time role or move on to a higher level apprenticeship!
