• Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests.
  
• Handle phone calls courteously and assist with inquiries.
  
• Manage reservations, bookings, and confirmations.
  
• Assist with guest requests, directing them as needed.
  
• Ensure smooth shift handovers through effective communication.
