The Bear of Burton, BH23 7JG is a welcoming pub, restaurant and hotel known for quality food, exceptional drinks, and a warm, and relaxed atmosphere.  We're passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

As Deputy Manager, you'll support the General Manager in leading the day-to-day running of the pub.  You'll take responsibility for smooth operations during shifts, ensuring outstanding guest service, motivating the team, and upholding standards in line with our values.  This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
