You need to have:

-        demonstrable experience in a similar role

-        a positive work attitude with excellent people skills

-        experience and confidence working with the finest-quality ingredients, especially steaks, in a busy kitchen-setting

-        passion about consistently delivering the best product to our guests

-        the skill to motivate, nurture and coach your colleagues

-        knowledge of Food Safety regulations and practises and be in compliance with them

-        the ability to support the Head Chef in controlling costs and achieving objectives

What we offer:

-       Hourly Pay: OTE from £16.34 to £19.42 per hour (including service charge).

Please note:

-       Due to the location of our restaurant, you will be required to work on a shift basis divided between daytimes, evenings and weekends.
