The Internship Program at a glance:
- A 6-Month internship program in our brand-new office in Madrid starting in January (flexible +/- 1 month) which includes a full introduction to Revenue Management.
- A unique opportunity to learn from our experienced Cluster Revenue Managers and grow your skills in Revenue Management strategies and tactics.
- Work and be trained on the best revenue management systems and tools existing in hospitality.
- Work on different hotels and markets allowing you to learn faster from various scenarios.
- Structured feedback and coaching sessions to validate knowledge.
- Opportunities to participate in business meetings directly with the hotels and apply knowledge.
- If successful, opportunities to join the Team permanently as an Associate Junior Revenue Manager
What will you learn?
Our internships have a structured framework including interactive training and development activities as well as close collaboration with our experienced team. During your 6 months with us you will learn:
- Induction to Radisson Hotel Group Culture and Beliefs, leadership foundations, and Brands architecture.
- Structured program covering Revenue Management foundations principles and techniques.
- Interactive training on key systems.
- Exposure to other teams and business units linked to Revenue management (i.e. Distribution, Marketing)
- One-to-one mentor with regular feedback.
- Understanding of current Business focus.
- Continuous in-role development through close collaboration with our team of experts.

A successful candidate will be commercially focused, result-oriented, willing to learn and grow thanks to feedback. We make the success of our hotels our obsession and we are looking for you as our next generation of talents to also have this mindset and become one of our ambassadors of Revenue excellence.
Criteria:
To be eligible you must:
- Be eligible to work in the European Union. Internship based in Madrid.
- Have an internship agreement from your university
- Speak and write English fluently. Any additional languages are considered a plus.
- Demonstrate passion for Revenue Management, hospitality, and learning.
