Wingmans are seeking a dynamic, experienced and self-motivated Sous Chef to assist leading our talented kitchen brigade alongside the Head Chef and take our dining experience to new heights. If you have a proven track record working in high-volume kitchen environments and excel in workforce & team management, this is the opportunity for you!
As Sous Chef, you'll lead your team from the front to create unforgettable social dining experiences and work alongside the General Manager & Head Chef to ensure the quality and consistency of our award-winning menu offerings.
Do you have what it takes to to provide an exceptional social dining experience in a fast paced, yet extremely rewarding restaurant environment?
If you have at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant, a passion for food, and a talent for inspiring and leading teams, we want to hear from you!
Key requirements include exceptional attention to detail, working under pressure, food hygiene and H&S knowledge, ability to manage financials and stock control, competency in systems and effective standard systems.
