Sous Chef - up to £38k + Bonus & Benefits - Smokehouse Concept - Central London

The Lord Wargrave is looking for a talented and "meat obsessed" Sous Chef to join our team. We smoke all our meat in-house and probably do the best St. Louis pork ribs in town. A whiskey fan's paradise, with over 250 different whiskeys. If you like a sweet and Smokey bourbon, a peaty single-malt, or a super smooth blended, we've got the drop for you. We have a great selection of rotating cask ales and keg beers, and our Sunday roasts are second to none.

You Are:

• An experienced Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef who demonstrates commitment and stability
• Driven by great food and fresh produce, seasonality and creativity get you buzzing 
• An approachable leader who values and inspires their team through a culture of creativity
• A good communicator, organised and loves a laugh
• A team player who leaves their ego at the door - we get stuff done
• Experienced in working with in a fresh food restaurant or pub kitchen
• Business savvy, running a profitable kitchen while maintaining exceptional standards are key
• Ambitious, want to grow and develop within a fantastic, award-winning company
