We are Gravity, we are the UK’s biggest name in active entertainment. Fun is our key word, where our sites across the UK offer up to 30 activities from e-karting to trampoline parks, high wall climbing to augmented reality bowling. We are now currently looking for Marshalls to join our team in Luton

What you’ll be doing

Our key to success is FUN!!!! Fun for our customers and a fun working environment for our staff. You will be a pivotal member of our team, helping our customers to enjoy everything we have on offer at Luton.

From trampolines to a café serving delicious trets and snacks, our team offer service to our customers where it is needed. In Luton we offer the following activities, Trampolines, Inflatables,  Ninja Warrior, Air Bags, Wipeout and Battle Beam.

You will provide a friendly and enthusiastic service, creating an amazing entertainment experience for all our customers. To ensure the safety and cleanliness standards are met and to always secure the safety of customers and other members of staff. Some of your responsibilities will include.

• Greet and assist customers upon their arrival at the park or at each activity.
• You will ensure that all customers participating in activities have a valid waiver, wristband (if applicable), are wearing branded trampoline socks and have no loose jewellery.
• Make sure all customers watch the relevant safety briefings for each activity and, if bouncing, ensure customers also complete the full warm up.
• Coordinate the clearing of the activities of customers whose time has elapsed!
• Ensure that all equipment and safety items are functioning properly on all activities and ensure that all walls, harnesses, and safety items are functioning properly.
• Be compliant of all the relevant opening and closing checks.
