We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Shift Engineer Leader to join the 5 Star May Fair Hotel.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the Maintenance team at The May Fair Hotel as Shift Engineer Leader.
As a Shift Engineer Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel on a daily basis to ensure is effective running at all times.
You will lead the team on shift to ensure that duties are allocated to the appropriate skilled engineer and that all jobs are completely timely an to a high standard.
You will coordinate and prioritise the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
You will checks and monitor all completed work in order to ensure it is completed to company standards.
You will ensure that all May Fair Hotel employees adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required.
About You:
You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience.
Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
Understand the requirements for effective water management.
Have knowledge of our environmental responsibilities.
Be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks.
Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures
Demonstrates personal ownership, team, and motivational skills
