Job Description
We are currently seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Assistants for our Cafe Football department to join our dynamic team at Hotel Football. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about both food, customer service and who thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in accordance with Hotel Football standards.
- Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in all food and beverage service areas, including the kitchen, bar, and Café Football.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, making their experience memorable.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and comply with all relevant regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
