There are a lot of different roles within the business that contribute to the running of The Wave. The ones you see when you visit and the ones behind the scenes which you may not know about.

All our Wavemakers are friendly, proactive, team players who love to provide amazing customer service whilst working in an awesome setting. We are an inclusive bunch of people of all ages and with different skill sets who work, surf and socialise with each other.

We may not currently have the role for you right now but we are always keen to hear from you and happy to keep hold of the details The role of your dreams might not currently be live on the websites but here is the place to send us your details and tell us about the type of opportunities you might be interested in. We will file you info on our recruitment system in the Talent Bank for up to 12 months and in the event of any suitable roles coming up we will refer to Talent Bank and if we open a role that matches your experience, our team will reach out.

Surf Operations

• Lifeguards - both qualified and aspiring lifeguards to join our in-house training
