Our commitment to quality and innovation has made us a favorite among food enthusiasts. We are now looking to expand our kitchen team with a skilled and passionate Line Chef.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Second chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, a meticulous approach to food preparation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation of dishes.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Support the Head Chef as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Second chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Food Safety certification is a plus.
