JOB PURPOSE:

MAIN DUTIES:

• Support the front of house team in ensuring smooth daily service.
  
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of wine, beverage, and food offerings to maximize sales.
  
• Manage wine stock levels and ordering procedures, ensuring accuracy.
  
• Monitor and maintain wine equipment, keeping management informed of any needs.
  
• Build strong connections with regular guests and high-value customers.
