The Role
- Bistrotheque at ICA is recruiting bar staff to work across the three bars at ICA. This work involves serving drinks, food and snacks to gallery visitors, serving visitors to the cinema or theatre space (these groups come in challenging waves) and supporting Bistrotheque events at ICA.
Details
- Earning potential up £14.65 per hour (inc. tronc)
- Tuesday to Sunday shifts, mostly late afternoon into evening
- 28 days paid holidays (basic and tronc)

About Bistrotheque
Bistrotheque opened in 2004 and was inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we’ve built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. The team is small and friendly and we believe in mutual respect. We operate the food and beverage business at ICA, a gallery in Central London, and our events business is based there.
About You
Common sense, enthusiasm, an appetite to progress, well-presented and you enjoy working in a team.
Capable of following a structured order of service.
You will be employed by Bistrotheque not ICA.
