Founded by Nisha Katona in 2014, Mowgli has continued its growth and aspires for the restaurant chain to become the national voice for Indian Street Food, enriching lives wherever she goes.
In a Head Chef, we are looking for:
- A drive to maintain a smooth running kitchen focusing on delivering dishes of the highest standard in a reasonable timescale , with a keen eye for identifying any areas requiring improvement and developing talent,
- The ability to plan rotas in line with budget and forecasts,
- An effective communicator keep everyone up to date with company strategy, results and updates,
- Confidence in driving sales and profit through the quality of food service,
- Unparalleled time management with product ordering and delivering objectives set out by the business.
