What you will bring

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in a luxury environment
• Knowledgeable about London and key tourist attractions
• A good team player
• Adept communicator with an excellent telephone manner
• Excellent command of the English language
• Extremely well groomed and presented
• Have the right to work in the United Kingdom
• Must be able to drive and have a full clean UK driving license and held for more than 5 years (and must be over the age of 25 years to comply with the hotel insurance policy)

Your responsibilities

• To ensure that all of our guests’ needs and requests are met
• As London experts, confidently recommend the most suitable attractions, tours, shows and restaurants and have the know how to guarantee reservations
• Be the liaison for guests and their internal/external bookings ensuring clear verbal and written communication with everyone involved
• To supervise the Luggage Porter and  Door Team
