As we celebrate the renewal of our partnership with ETM Group London after a successful first year, we’re thrilled to share their journey with the A2H Solutions Ltd platform. ETM Group, renowned for its premier collection of bars and restaurants across Sport London and The Collection, approached us with a range of recruitment challenges. The onboarding process, which began in February 2024, exceeded expectations, despite ETM’s initial uncertainties. Darryl, maintained open communication, addressing any concerns and building productive connections with job boards and ETM’s ATS. “Darryl and the A2H team provided fantastic support throughout onboarding, guiding us every step of the way,” explained Courtney Le Quesne, Recruitment Manager at ETM. “They were attentive to our needs, making the transition smooth and effective.”

The Future

Looking forward, ETM is excited about upcoming enhancements. A planned, deeper integration with their ATS will soon automate hire reporting, while social media recruitment capabilities on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram are also in development. These new features promise to extend ETM’s reach and streamline their process even further.
