Our client based near Boston are looking to recruit a Butcher on a fulltime permanent basis working an afternoon shift 1.30pm till 10pm due to company expansion. The company offer an excellent working condidtaions plus other benefits.

The main responsibilities of the butcher role are to use knife skills to produce portion butchery cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry to meet our customers clients specifications.

What is on offer for the successful Butcher candidate. A great working environment and a friendly team, 21 days holiday an attendance bonus of a £1 per hour after a successful probation (an extra £2000 per annum). Life assurance, access to discounted products from the company retail arm (this is brilliant and rewarding incentive and can save £100’s of pounds a year off your food bill. The salary is dependant in experience and ranges from £34,000 to £43,000The role of Butcher is 5 out of 6 days (40 hours a week) not Saturdays. And the shift pattern is 1.30pm till 10pm.To be considered for this role you will have worked within a butchery environment or have significant knife skills in a food environment.
