ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Cocktail Waiter you shall be responsible for providing a warm welcome with friendly, and professional service whilst offering a wide range of beverages to all our guests. You shall also be responsible for preparation before and after service, guest interaction and supporting back of house.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience as a cocktail waiter or in a similar hospitality role is preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits is a significant advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong multitasking ability to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling payments and tips
• Positive, friendly attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be available to work late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays
