Opened in October 2015, Hilton London Bankside represents the next generation of design-led Hilton Hotels. Each part of the property has been carefully created to reflect the fascinating history and ambiance of the surrounding area, combining the authentic urban grittiness and polished contemporary design.
Set in the heart of Bankside, just steps from some of London's most famous landmarks such as Tate Modern, Borough Market and The Shard, Hilton London Bankside is home to 292 stunning guest rooms including 25 bespoke suites which offer breathtaking views of the city skyline. The hotel also includes one beautiful penthouse apartment which boasts its own private roof terrace, a 100m2 entertainment area and views across the London skyline. In addition, the hotel brings a new neighbourhood eatery, OXBO Bankside to the area, alongside The Distillery, a cool and casual bar.
The hotel also features Bankside's largest and most exquisite Ballroom accommodating up to 700 guests theatre style or 500 in a banquet setting. Job Description
Our F&B Coordinator will be responsible for taking reservations across all the F&B outlets to maximise revenues and in line with assigned targets.

Role in our Family
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Actively promote all food and beverage outlets to increase group bookings conversions and overall visibility
• Coordinate all group booking diary with the F&B HOD and the events team
• Manage group bookings for the outlets with clients from the introduction to the billing phase.
• Organise and schedule interviews for potential candidates for F&B department
• Manage the Director of F&B's calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and taking meeting notes and general administrative assistance when needed on day-to-day business
• Ensure that all menus for the hotel's F&B outlets are consistently updated and aligned with current offerings & Brand standards
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback received via generic emails, & Tripadvisor for OXBO and the Bar
• Handle guest correspondence not related to day-to-day operations, ensuring a professional and timely response.
• Provide support during high-volume events by working as a host or hostess to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with floor operations when required, ensuring the guest experience meets the hotel's standards.
• Monitor the SAEKER compliance system, ensuring the F&B department adheres to all health and safety regulations.
• Liaise with department heads to maintain and complete all necessary health and safety documentation.
• Prepare Daily F&B Revenue report with data provided.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests from the Director of F&B and management team.
• Manage the inventory of office supplies and collateral for the F&B department.
• Process purchase orders (POs) using the Procure Wizard system and track monthly accruals.
• Organise and coordinate weekly meetings, preparing agendas, tracking action items, and distributing meeting minutes.
• Actively participate in the hotel's Blue Energy Committee, contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and service excellence.
• Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as directed by Director of F&B.
• Manage and track monthly floor walks.
