We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to work as a members of the on site Guest Safety team ensuring that Resorts World Birmingham is safe & secure at all times.
As a Guest Safety Host / Security Officer, you will ensure exemplary standards of Guest Safety and Guest Service are provided to the guests at all times.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Working in a similar role / environment
• SIA accredited in line with the role
• Demonstrate excellent people skills / guest service
• Manage and deal with conflict in order to diffuse situations
• Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately at all levels and within a diverse range of guests
• IT literate
• First Aid trained
• Own transport

Weekly Hours: 40

Fixed Term Contract: 2 Months – (Possibly leading to Full Time)

Shift Work: Both Day & Night Shifts
