Job Description

Are you passionate about craft beer and eager to be part of a close-knit, friendly team? We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join us at the Magic Rock Taproom.  

As Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering the unique Magic Rock experience to our valued customers, whether they are loyal regulars or visiting for the first time. You will work alongside a team that shares your enthusiasm for beer and hospitality, supporting the General Manager and Bar Management team in creating an unforgettable atmosphere.

As a Leader at Magic Rock Brewery responsibilities include:

  • Oversee smooth bar operations when the Assistant or Bar Manager is not on shift.
  • Ensure all bar staff follow daily/weekly checklists and maintain high standards.
  • Maintain strict adherence to systems and procedures within the team.
  • Manage stock rotation and safe storage practices.
  • Prepare the bar for each shift, ensuring everything is ready to deliver top-tier service.

Skills We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for working with beer and creating memorable customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills to support a busy, fun environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with cocktail making is a plus, but not essential.

Additional information:

  • Competitive Pay of £13.60 per hour.
  • This position offers a 25-hour minimum contract per week, with the potential for additional hours based on business needs.
