Who we are…

The Celtic Royal Hotel is a 112 bedroom hotel based in Caernarfon surrounded by the Eryri National Park.  The Hotel can cater for up to 450 covers, dealing with Groups, Individual Customers, Weddings, Parties, Events and conferences.


The role…

We have a superb opportunity for a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team. As a Commis Chef you will need experience of working in a quality food & beverage outlet together with a passion for customer excellence. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flair for hospitality are essential.  You will need to ensure all food is served to the required Company standard, aid Head Chef in implementing new menus.  To comply with all regulations as stated in the company policies.  Ensure a high level of cleanliness is maintained in the kitchen operation. To strive and anticipate customer needs wherever possible and react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
