Salary: £24,000 per annum

Our 18-hole par 72 Championship Golf Course is one of a kind. We were the host venue for the 2013 European Senior's PGA Championship, we have tree-lined fairways and subtle rolling greens. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate Golf Sales Coordinator to join our dedicated Golf department at Mottram Hall. You will work alongside an efficient and experienced team to ensure the Golf Team give effective 5-star service to all golfers.

As a golf sales coordinator, you will have knowledge of golf, be enthusiastic, a great team player as well as being a great communicator. You will have an ability to build and maintain a strong working relationship, be confident and competent at working with minimal supervision.

Some duties and responsibilities include;

• Take ownership of looking after all Corporate Golf Enquiries and ensure all Corporate Clients are well looked after to maintain the relationships already built with these clients.
• Make clients aware of the full terms of business, including the cancellations policy and the need to confirm booking prior to arrival.
• Conduct Client “showrounds” in a professional manner and take every
• opportunity to upsell.
• Assist in the production of forecast for the Department by providing accurate information,
• Ensure the profitability of the department, keeping costs and expenditure within budget through forward planning.
• To ensure all activities for each day are updated accordingly and sent to the relevant personnel.
• To deliver 10 proactive sales calls per day.
• To drive total revenue through golf, e.g. accommodation, F&B and shop sales.
