Exhibits a confident, friendly and attentive attitude when dealing with all clients
Effectively manages treatment schedule, easily adapts to last minute changes in schedule
Complies with all room standards and presentation of public areas
Perform all treatments at an exceptional standard, as per protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs
Seeks opportunities to improve the customer experience by seeking customer feedback
Support and follow all group spa branded updates communicated to team, members to ensure smooth running as a brand
Reports any necessary repairs to spa management team
Carry out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified
Is proactive in down time, prioritizes and effectively works though job lists without supervision
Perform all treatments in a professional, hygienic and safe manner for all clients, updating knowledge and training regularly
Responsible for the cleanliness, sterilisation and hygiene of all equipment, products and linens in the treatment and preparation areas
Ability to effectively follow up tasks to completion
Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
Good spoken and written communication skills in English
Follow cash handling procedures
Ensure confidentiality at all times including data protection, medical details and any information provided in confidence by the client,
Receptionist duties, basic ability to use computer hardware and software (e.g. word processors, desktop publishing and graphics)
Demonstrate understanding of the technical service skills for assigned area (i.e. understanding of use of exercise machines, sauna. steam etc.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
