We are seeking the final member to complete our nursing team in Colchester. We have a wonderful, bright, and witty teenager who needs nursing support to attend school. You must prepare to learn to crochet, play Roblox, and master UNO! Your shifts will begin at the family home, and together you will travel to and from school. Clinical support will be required throughout the day. This is a rare opportunity to branch into community care with a supportive and established team ready to help you thrive.
Experience with jejunal feeding and managing Type-1 diabetes is a plus; however, bespoke training will be provided. Experience with ventilation must be part of your skill set. A driving licence is not essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about achieving optimal health outcomes and is seeking a long-term, reliable, and fulfilling role. Your day to day activities may include: • Non-invasive Ventilation • Enteral Feeding • Suctioning • Diabetes Management • Medication • Oxygen Therapy About you You must be a qualified Nurse, and hold current NMC registration. We are looking for passionate individuals, with the desire to go above and beyond. You will be expected to utilize skills and experience to meet the high delivery of care to clients with complex health needs within the client's home. And when you do, you’ll have day-to-day support with a Care Co-ordinator or Nurse Manager always on hand to answer your questions.
