Seaton House, the forthcoming 5-star luxury hotel in St Andrews, is seeking an experienced HR Officer. As HR Officer, you will be integral to fostering a supportive and productive workplace culture in line with our high standards of hospitality.
What You'll Do:
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Seaton House and Valor Hospitality.
- Lead on employee relations on property.
- Working with the management team to manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding processes (using Teamtailor).
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance (using Karero).
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management supported by the Employee Relations Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven working experience as HR Officer or other HR Executive.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases. (EPS, Karero, Teamtailor, Workvivo)
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
