A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEISURE CLUB TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL
- Greet guests warmly, provide information on facilities, services, and membership options, and handle guest inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Keep gym, pool, spa, and other leisure areas clean, safe, and well-organized. Regularly check equipment and facilities for any maintenance needs or repairs.
- Monitor guest activity to ensure compliance with safety standards and health regulations, including pool safety and equipment usage guidelines.
- Promote club services, membership packages, and special offers to guests.
- Maintain an inventory of towels, cleaning supplies, and other necessities, ensuring they are stocked and available.
- Handle check-ins, process payments for services, and manage bookings or reservations for facilities or classes.
- Listen to guest feedback, address any complaints or issues, and communicate them to management for improvement.
- Work closely with other team members to provide seamless service and uphold the hotel’s standards of hospitality.
- Conduct basic pool plant operating and regular water test for Jacuzzi and Pool
