Live in Travelling Senior Housekeeper Job, St Johns Wood
We have a wonderful position for a professional, flexible and reliable candidate to take care of a family home in St Johns Wood. The family of 5 are based in America and use the property occasionally. You are required to take care of the London home and travel to Miami 3months of the year to support the family. Based in the London home is a cat and a small family dog that you are required to care for.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Travelling 3x1 month stints in Miami on rotation with the housekeeper in Miami
- Caretaking
- Liaise with contractors and monitor maintenance requirements in the London home
- Maintenance Housekeeping in London (6 bedrooms, + 2 bed guest house)
- Laundry, Linen and ironing
- Care of fine fabrics and delicate items, silks and marbles
- Service when the family are in residence / when you are in Miami
- Informal family cooking when the family are in residence / when you are in Miami
- Help with dinner parties when in Miami
- Daily Housekeeping when in Miami
- Animal care, dog walking London and Miami
- The male principal uses the property 90 days of the year, the rest of the family visit only occasionally.
Start date: As soon as possible
Working Week: Monday - Friday (Flexible)
Working Hours: 9am- 5pm (Flexible)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Accommodation: Self-contained apartment, basement level, (Food is not included)
