This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a professional and experienced receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced and prestigious environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to all visitors, clients, and employees.
- Operate a busy switchboard, directing calls efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a well-presented reception area, reflecting the professional image of the company.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier deliveries.
- Assist with booking and preparing meeting rooms, including coordinating refreshments when required.
- Liaise with building management and facilities teams to address issues or arrange services as necessary.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs and issuing access passes.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrable experience as a receptionist in a corporate setting is essential.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels.
- Organization: Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn internal systems.
- Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, courteous demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.
