This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a professional and experienced receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced and prestigious environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience to all visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Operate a busy switchboard, directing calls efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a well-presented reception area, reflecting the professional image of the company.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier deliveries.
  • Assist with booking and preparing meeting rooms, including coordinating refreshments when required.
  • Liaise with building management and facilities teams to address issues or arrange services as necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs and issuing access passes.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience as a receptionist in a corporate setting is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels.
  • Organization: Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to learn internal systems.
  • Professionalism: Impeccable presentation, courteous demeanor, and a keen eye for detail.
