We are currently looking for a passionate Chef de Partie, to join our Kitchen team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Chef de Partie your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         To ensure all mise en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with company food safety policy.

·         To complete daily food safety check sheet temperature recording and fridge temperature recording.

·         Train and develop the team below your position including the apprentice chefs to the highest standard in line with the departmental standards and SOP’s.

·         Ensure you are compliant with all Food safety and health and safety policies.

•      Report any health and safety issues or dangerous appliances or work practices to your HOD or sous chef in   his/her absence.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
