We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Shift Engineer Leader to join the 5 Star May Fair Hotel.

Overview: 

  • An amazing opportunity to join the Maintenance team at The May Fair Hotel as Shift Engineer Leader.

  • As a Shift Engineer Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel on a daily basis to ensure is effective running at all times.

  • You will lead the team on shift to ensure that duties are allocated to the appropriate skilled engineer and that all jobs are completely timely an to a high standard.

  • You will coordinate and prioritise the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.  

  • You will checks and monitor all completed work in order to ensure it is completed to company standards.  

  • You will ensure that all May Fair Hotel employees adhere to all regulatory and safety standards as legally required. 

About You: 

  • You must possessive current hotel maintenance experience. 

  • Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures. 

  • Understand the requirements for effective water management. 

  • Have knowledge of our  environmental responsibilities. 

  • Be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration, and carpentry tasks. 

  • Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures 

  • Demonstrates personal ownership, team, and motivational skills
