Hours: 15 Hours per week (5:30am - 8:30am (Monday - Friday)
Temp/Perm: Temporary until 20/12/2024 (with the potential to extend after Christmas)
Location: Rotherham
Salary: £12p/hr - £14p/hr
Subject to an Enhanced DBS Check
Main duties:
- General cleaning operations
- Multi-surface cleaning
- Use of cleaning machines as trained and directed
- Ensuring buildings are ready for use each day whilst incorporating safe usage of cleaning products and equipment
- Actively informing the wider Estates Team of any faults which could pose an issue for health and safety in order to ensure that these are reported and resolved
- Seasonal/ad-hoc undertaking of deep clean processes/sanitising duties as directed, all cleaning products/materials utilised in accordance with training and instruction..
Skills/quals/experience:
- Reasonable cleaning experience, ideally in an office environment and this will need to include using a range of cleaner equipment and substances
- You must hold or be willing to work towards L2 English and Maths (GCSE A-C/4-9 or equivalent) and Emergency First Aid at Work.
- You’ll be highly flexible and able to respond to quick changes in demands upon you including responding to urgent jobs and supporting colleagues across the Estates/Facilities team.
