What you will bring

• You will be good at working independently, using common sense but also comfortable as part of a team, and always meticulously presented
• Previous experience in a luxury environment is an advantage
• You must be comfortable communicating in English with guests and colleagues
Your responsibilities
• You will be responsible for the smooth running of the department and Front Office operation
• You will plan the daily workload with the team and ensure an effective organization of tasks
• You will be offering exceptional guest service in line with One Aldwych & LQA standands and support the Reception team
• You will liaise and collaborate with other departments across the hotel i.e. Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge, etc.
• You will support the Reception Manager with a variety of administrative tasks
