We are looking for an experienced, personable, passionate, and inspiring Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and assist in the successful launch of the newest addition to our thriving portfolio of restaurants.
The Restaurant Supervisor is a leader amongst the floor team and a crucial bridge between team members and senior management. You will be working alongside our Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Managers to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, and to lead the team to consistently deliver the highest levels of exceptional guest service. You will also be responsible for carrying out opening and closing tasks, training and developing team members and being a role model to junior members of the team.

About the role of Restaurant Supervisor
As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be responsible for being a role model to our junior team members, welcoming guests and overseeing a section of our restaurant in a fast-paced environment. This is a challenging, yet rewarding role, which involves interacting with every single guest, helping to ensure that each person who crosses our door has a truly unique experience with us.
You’ll need to have a strong presence and warm, personable character with the ability to work well under pressure.
Duties will include:
∙ Supervising, motivating, coaching and helping to develop the floor team so they work in an efficient and collaborative manner, highlighting any concerns and issues regarding performance and behaviour to the Restaurant Manager.
∙ Adapting language and service style to suit the guest, whilst always presenting yourself as professional, friendly and polite.
∙ A strong knowledge of who we are and what we serve to be able to communicate this effectively to our guests and make recommendations based on our guests preferences.
