We are looking for a proactive, service-driven, and detail-oriented Leisure Club Supervisor to support the daily operations of our hotel's leisure club. In this role, you will assist in leading the leisure team, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service within the facility.

We are committed to providing a high-quality fitness and wellness experience for our guests and members. As a Assistant Club Manager you will play a key role in assisting with the smooth running of the club, supporting the leisure team, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the leisure club to ensure a seamless and high-quality guest experience.
• Assisting the Leisure Club Manager in leading, training, and motivating the leisure team.
• Ensuring all leisure facilities, including the gym, pool, and relaxation areas, are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests and members with inquiries, memberships, and facility use.
• Supporting membership sales and engagement by promoting fitness programs and wellness activities.
• Monitoring health and safety compliance, including pool safety, gym equipment checks, and risk assessments.
• Coordinating group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and wellness initiatives.
• Handling guest or member concerns professionally and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Assisting in administrative tasks, including scheduling, stock control, and reporting.
• The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details, and trusting.

The core skills and experience required to succeed:
• Previous experience in a leisure, fitness, or hospitality supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, ensuring a welcoming and professional leisure club environment.
• A good understanding of health and safety regulations in a leisure or spa setting.
• Proactive and well-organized, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using leisure management software and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible approach to work, with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• A recognized qualification in fitness, leisure management, or a related field is desirable.
• A valid Pool Responder or Lifeguard qualification is desirable but not essential.
