Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to oversee operations during the night shift. You will lead the night team, ensure exceptional guest service, complete night audit procedures, and maintain safety and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the hotel’s operations during night hours
• Lead, supervise, and support the night team
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest queries or complaints professionally
• Complete night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Monitor safety, security, and compliance with hotel policies
• Prepare reports for senior management
• Act as the main point of contact for emergencies during the night shift
• Complete and record health and safety fire walks
• Support with day operational set up including, breakfast and conference and events

About You

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel environment (4-star experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of front office operations and night audit procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Calm, professional, and solution-focused under pressure
• High level of responsibility and integrity
• Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera or similar PMS)
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, our shift times at 11pm – 7am
