Job Description

• Assist the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day running of your section
• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality
• Maintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen safety (HACCP)
• Support junior kitchen staff and work collaboratively within the team
• Ensure all food is stored, handled, and prepared correctly
• Help with stock control and minimising waste

About You

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• Passion for fresh food and high-quality service
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
