Role Responsibilities 👋☕

Your day may include:

• Delivering friendly, enthusiastic customer service with a smile
• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and high-quality food
• Keeping the counter and service areas clean and tidy
• Being a positive team player with great communication skills
• Keeping mugs, plates, cupboards and fridges fully stocked
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends and presentation techniques
• Checking brewing equipment is working correctly and reporting any issues
• Carrying out quality checks to keep standards high

Requirements 💪

• Previous Barista experience is essential
• Hands-on experience with brewing equipment (bean-to-cup trained)
• Calm under pressure during busy periods
• Energetic, enthusiastic and reliable
• A strong team player with great initiative
• Excellent timekeeping
• Comfortable being on your feet and moving around for most of your shift
