Nobu Hotel London Portman Square is looking for a dynamic and creative Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing vision across digital, social and traditional channels. Bringing together strategic thinking, brand guardianship and hands-on execution, you’ll craft campaigns and content that showcase our award-winning hotel, vibrant F&B venues and the unmistakable Nobu experience.

You will

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, PR and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand vision and hotel objectives
• Lead the hotel’s digital presence — website content, landing pages, paid advertising, SEO and PPC — optimising performance and user experience
• Oversee all social media activity, producing engaging content in collaboration with the Social Media Executive and agency partners
• Plan and manage the F&B marketing calendar, introducing new promotions, partnerships and revenue-driving initiatives
• Create compelling email marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Executive, ensuring GDPR compliance
• Analyse campaign performance across all channels, reporting on engagement, ROI and opportunities for improvement
• Identify new digital trends, platforms and partnership opportunities to elevate brand visibility
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all communication channels
• Collaborate closely with Sales, F&B and operational teams to support business goals and identify new revenue opportunities
• Champion Nobu values — Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro — through communication, leadership and day-to-day interactions
• Ensure all marketing activities meet company and statutory standards, safeguarding guest and colleague safety
• Support wider departmental needs and contribute proactively to hotel-wide initiatives.
