The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.

What will you be doing?

• To directly oversee and effectively manage a team of Spa Therapists to ensure treatment standards are delivered in accordance of the protocol.
• To compile effective rotas, holiday planning, ensuring staffing levels adequately reflect the needs to the business.
• To effectively manage and oversee the spa reservations ensuring a high level of up sell and maximisation of appointment time.
• Ensure retail and treatment targets are achieved through motivating, developing, and setting incentives for the team.
• Implement new treatment offerings ensuring we are inline with current trends and health and safety polices.
• Manage treatment room operations alongside the Senior Therapist.
• Complete new starter onboarding and carry out staff training.
• Carry out Duty Manager shifts to work alongside and support the Spa Reception team, leading the team to ensure smooth running of the Spa
