Someone who can spot the story behind the data, challenge assumptions, and help our teams make smarter commercial decisions every day.

💙 What you'll be doing

🔍 FP&A, insight & business partnering (the main event - 60–70%)

You’ll be the go-to finance partner for our non-finance stakeholders, helping them truly understand performance and what to do next.

That means you’ll:

• Act as a trusted finance business partner to non-finance stakeholders across a multi-site business
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes
• Produce meaningful variance analysis and performance commentary with clear, actionable insight
• Build financial models, scenario analysis, and business cases
• Develop and maintain Power BI (or similar) dashboards and performance reporting
• Analyse operational KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Support commercial decision-making through robust financial analysis

📊 Management accounting & financial control (30–40%)

• You’ll also keep the foundations rock solid:
• Support the preparation and review of monthly management accounts
• Ensure accurate accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Analyse P&L performance and clearly explain movements to stakeholders
• Support month-end close, including journals and reporting deadlines
• Maintain strong financial controls and support audit requirements

🧠 Systems & data (where the magic happens)

• Work with finance and operational systems including Fourth and Zonal
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyse large datasets and produce insight
• Support continuous improvement of reporting, analytics, and processes

💙 What we're looking for

🧩 You'll definitely have

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or FP&A role
• Experience working within a multi-site environment
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and lookups
• Ability to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, changeable environment

✨ Bonus points if you also have

• Experience using Fourth and Zonal systems
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or qualified by experience
• Experience within hospitality, retail, leisure, or a similar multi-site sector
