A landmark property is indeed part of London City Airport's £500 million redevelopment programme, the new 184-room Courtyard by Marriott is managed by Axiom Hospitality. Strategically located just a 9-minute walk from the airport terminals and the DLR, the hotel is also perfectly positioned near Excel London, with easy access to Canary Wharf, The O2 Arena, and London's key transport links. This seven-storey hotel offers a dynamic, full-service experience. Guests enjoy an on-site restaurant and bar, a well-equipped gym, a business centre, and three professional meeting rooms designed to accommodate up to 50 delegates. The hotel stands as a stylish and highly functional alternative departure lounge for business and leisure travellers.

We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

The core skills and experience required to succeed

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
• Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
