We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to lead our Sales department, establish our market presence, and build long-term relationships with clients across all segments. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in positioning our hotel and creating a foundation for lasting success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to build pre-opening awareness and drive bookings across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
• Conduct competitive market analysis to identify business opportunities and optimise revenue generation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and local businesses.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotions, packages, and advertising that align with our brand.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance metrics, and regular reports for senior management.
• Work closely with other departments, including revenue management, front office, and F&B, to ensure a seamless guest experience from inquiry to departure.
Role Requirements
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire others.
• An ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
