We’re looking for an Executive Administrator to provide high-quality, trusted support to our Executive Assistant and Executive Team. This is a pivotal role behind the scenes, helping ensure everything runs smoothly, professionally and efficiently — from meetings and documentation to expenses, events and everyday organisation.
If you’re highly organised, naturally discreet, and take real pride in doing things well, this could be a brilliant opportunity to grow your career within a supportive, people-focused environment.

- Taking minutes for DPO, ESG and other meetings, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
- Maintaining organised, up-to-date electronic and paper filing systems
- Processing executive expenses in line with company policies
- Raising purchase orders, tracking approvals and confirming orders
- Coordinating delivery of goods and supporting invoice queries
- Providing administrative support for company events, social activities and staff initiatives
- Supporting ad-hoc administrative requests as needed
- Providing cover for Executive Assistant and Office Manager duties during periods of absence
What you'll bring
- A high level of integrity, confidentiality and sound judgement
- A friendly, approachable and professional style
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confidence managing your own workload while supporting senior stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using administrative systems, processes and digital tools
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and calm approach
