Job Description

We are seeking a Linen Porter to join our fantastic Housekeeping team!

Key Responsibilities

Linen Management:

• Efficiently collect linen from guest rooms and various hotel areas.
• Deliver linen to the laundry facility for cleaning and processing.
• Ensure timely delivery of clean linen to guest rooms or designated areas within the hotel.

Quality Control:

• Thoroughly sort, inspect, and fold clean linen, ensuring all items meet our high-quality standards.
• Organise Storage:
• Keep linen closets and storage areas organised and tidy in accordance with company standards.
• Regularly monitor inventory levels and promptly notify management when supplies need replenishing.
• Maintain Cleanliness:
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Support Housekeeping:

• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
