This role is integral to the development and progression of our college, working closely with the College Manager and Teaching team you will ensure all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and smoothly supporting our overall college strategy.
Within your role you will often be the face of the college and will be a go to contact for both students and colleagues. As such you will be knowledgeable on all aspects of the college and our courses.
Some responsibilities include:
- Carrying out administrative tasks, this includes typing, filing, managing data files [in line with GDPR legislation] supporting the teaching team, College Manager and Head of Education with their administration needs.
- Manage student and client record keeping for example personal details and attendance [in line with GDPR legislation].
- Regular checking of policy and procedure documentation and versioning. Version histories are to be maintained.
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of the booking system on Reception.
- Manage all enquires in relation to new courses and treatments. This will include making telephone contact and email follow up.
- Manage the student enquiry process from initial contact, to enrolment, and to the first day of attendance, this includes managing the same process for international learners.
- Organise and collate course feedback throughout the courses and treatments.
- Plan, Support and manage attendance with open days, charity events, graduation, and other relevant activities.
