We are currently recruiting for Finance Assistant to join our Truly Talented team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Coordination

  • Process monthly supplier invoices accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile major supplier accounts against monthly statements.
  • Reconcile all Direct Debit accounts and prepare monthly CHAPS payments in advance.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships, issuing remittance advice and managing queries.
  • Complete hotel revenue sheets and input relevant data into P&L reports.
  • Review and manage the hotel debt ledger, chasing outstanding payments as required.
  • Reduce one-off payments through improved controls and planning.
  • Liaise with third parties including suppliers and auditors.
  • Ensure all financial documentation is accurately maintained and correctly filed.
  • Provide hands-on support across finance operations as required.
  • Support the Finance Manager with additional reasonable duties.

  • Follow all health, safety, and emergency procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Use equipment and PPE correctly and complete required safety training.
  • Protect company assets, systems, and confidential information at all times.
