As a Meeting & Events Waiter or Waitress, you will play an essential part in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. You will greet and serve guests, share detailed menu knowledge, and ensure every interaction reflects the signature service and genuine hospitality of Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. Your role ensures that every guest enjoys a seamless, memorable and personalised experience.

You Will:

• To create an exceptional dining experience for our guests across our events spaces within the hotel including our Ballroom
• Communicate effectively and respectfully to guests and fellow colleagues on all levels.
• Have full knowledge of our food and drink menu’s including allergens and dietary requirements.
• Read tables and understand guests’ needs and dislikes so you are able to recommend items.
• To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
